1. Assessment & Fitness Standards

  • The Selection Journey: All candidates must pass through three stages: a written exam, a physical test, and an endurance evaluation conducted by NTS.

  • Experience vs. Fresh Talent: Selection will be balanced between 70% repeaters (those with prior Hajj duty experience) and 30% fresh candidates.

  • Uniformed Personnel: We have reserved 10% of supervisory and 30% of field staff seats specifically for members of the Police, ANF, ASF, Rescue 1122, and other federal/provincial uniformed forces.

  • Authority: The Ministry holds the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process at any time based on Saudi directives or operational needs.

4. Discipline & Expenses
