Skills and Competencies
Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval.
Help implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
Conduct research and provide legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA’s functions.
Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in conducting risk assessments.
Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
Prepare reports, recommendations, and legal documents to   support senior management decisions.
Prepare legal opinions on policy, compliance, and regulatory matters to guide decision-making.
Strong understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy.

Terms & Conditions

1.Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).

2.Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

3.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

4.Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.

6.Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

9.Attested educational documents from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ respective regulatory body must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
